Brooke Elizabeth Burns was born on March 16, 1978. She is an American model, actress, game host and television celebrity. Burns began her TV career in 1995 when she portrayed the role of Peg in the Spanish-American teen sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996), appearing in all episodes. Burns was cast in 1998's Baywatch action drama series. Then, she starred in Baywatch: Hawaii up until the point that she quit the show due her first child. She appeared in 33 episodes.



 



 Burns returned to the screen after a break. Burns appeared on a variety of guest roles, including the NBC sitcom Just Shoot Me! and a prominent role in the American soap production North Shore. She was present in every episode.

Her portrayal as Penelope Garcia (an FBI Technical Analyst) on the CBS drama Criminal Minds is her most well-known role.
